Continuation of Emergency With Respect to UNITA

President Clinton continued for another year the national emergency declared in 1993 regarding UNITA (National Union for the Total Independence of Angola), maintaining sanctions that prohibit arms, petroleum, and petroleum product sales to Angola except through designated entry points, and prohibit such sales directly to UNITA.
