Blocking Property and Suspending Entry Into the United States of Persons Contributing to the Situation in Libya
This executive order expands a 2011 national emergency to block property and suspend U.S. entry for persons contributing to instability in Libya, including those who threaten the Government of National Accord, misappropriate state assets, attack civilians or infrastructure, or illicitly exploit Libya's oil resources. It authorizes the Treasury and State Departments to designate targeted individuals and entities under existing sanctions authorities.
Blocking the Property of Certain Persons Engaging in Significant Malicious Cyber-Enabled Activities

This executive order declares a national emergency and authorizes the Treasury Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of State, to block property and assets of individuals and entities deemed responsible for undermining Ukraine's democratic processes, threatening its territorial integrity, or asserting unauthorized governmental authority in Crimea.
