Blocking Property and Suspending Entry Into the United States of Persons Contributing to the Situation in Libya

This executive order expands a 2011 national emergency to block property and suspend U.S. entry for persons contributing to instability in Libya, including those who threaten the Government of National Accord, misappropriate state assets, attack civilians or infrastructure, or illicitly exploit Libya's oil resources.
