Executive Order 13810
Imposing Additional Sanctions With Respect to North Korea
This executive order significantly expands U.S. sanctions against North Korea by blocking property of persons operating in key North Korean industries, owning ports, or trading with the country; banning aircraft and vessels with North Korea connections from U.S. entry for 180 days; authorizing secondary sanctions on foreign financial institutions; and suspending U.S. entry for sanctioned individuals. The order takes effect September 21, 2017.
