Blocking Property of Certain Persons Contributing to the Conflict in Côte d'Ivoire

This executive order declares a national emergency and blocks U.S.-based assets of individuals and entities contributing to the conflict in Côte d'Ivoire, including those threatening peace agreements, committing human rights abuses, supplying arms, inciting violence, or supporting such activities.
