Death of John Paul Stevens

This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff on the day of interment of retired Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens at the White House, all public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and U.S. facilities abroad until sunset that day.
