Death of John David Dingell, Jr.

This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and naval vessels throughout the United States, its territories, and possessions, as well as at all U.S. embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, until sunset on February 9, 2019, to honor the death of former Representative John David Dingell, Jr., the longest-serving Member of Congress in U.S. history.
