Honoring the Victims of the Tragedy in Santa Fe, Texas

This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all federal public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and vessels, as well as all U.S. embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad until sunset on May 22, 2018, to honor the victims of the May 18, 2018 shooting at Santa Fe High School in Texas.
