Honoring the Victims of the Attack in Dallas, Texas

This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all federal public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and naval vessels throughout the United States, its territories and possessions, and at all U.S. embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad until sunset on July 12, 2016, as a mark of respect for the victims of the July 7, 2016 attack on police officers in Dallas, Texas.
