National College Application Month, 2015

In simple terms

This proclamation designates November 2015 as National College Application Month, calling on public officials, educators, parents, students, and all Americans to observe the month with ceremonies and activities encouraging college applications. The document is purely commemorative and contains no binding policy directives, though it references existing Obama administration education initiatives.
