National Energy Action Month, 2014

President Obama proclaimed October 2014 as National Energy Action Month, calling on citizens to work toward greater energy security, economic growth, and environmental health. The proclamation recites past administration achievements in clean energy and energy efficiency but issues no binding directives, mandates, or new policy requirements to agencies or private parties.
