Military Family Month, 2013

In simple terms

This proclamation designates November 2013 as Military Family Month, celebrating the sacrifices of military families and encouraging Americans to honor them through private actions and public service. It references existing administration efforts including the Joining Forces initiative and an executive order on veterans' mental health care and education, but creates no new programs, mandates, or legal obligations.
