Honoring the Victims of the Tragedy in Boston, Massachusetts

This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all federal buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and vessels, as well as all U.S. embassies and facilities abroad, until sunset on April 20, 2013, to honor victims of the April 15, 2013 Boston Marathon bombing.
