Death of Neil Armstrong
This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and naval vessels throughout the United States and its territories on the day of Neil Armstrong's interment, until sunset. It also extends the same half-staff directive to all U.S. embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, including military facilities and naval vessels and stations.
