This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and naval vessels nationwide and in territories, as well as at all U.S. embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, until sunset on August 10, 2012, to honor victims of the August 5, 2012 shooting at a Sikh temple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
