Honoring the Victims of the Tragedy in Aurora, Colorado

This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all federal public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and naval vessels nationwide and in territories, as well as at all U.S. embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, until sunset on July 25, 2012, to honor the victims of the mass shooting in Aurora, Colorado on July 20, 2012.
