Honoring the Victims of the Tragedy in Tucson, Arizona

This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and naval vessels nationwide and in territories through January 14, 2011, to honor victims of the January 8, 2011 shooting in Tucson, Arizona.
