To Provide for the Termination of Action Taken With Regard to Imports of Lamb Meat

This proclamation terminates safeguard tariffs on imported lamb meat that were imposed in 1999 under Proclamation 7208. The termination takes effect November 14, 2001, based on a USITC finding that changed economic circumstances had impaired the effectiveness of the original protective action.
