To Implement the World Trade Organization Ministerial Declaration on Trade in Information Technology Products and the Agreement on Distilled Spirits

This proclamation implements two WTO agreements by modifying the Harmonized Tariff Schedule to eliminate or reduce duties on information technology products (computers, semiconductors, telecommunications equipment, software) and certain distilled spirits.
