Immigration Measures With Respect to United Nations Security Council Resolution 942

This proclamation suspends immigrant and nonimmigrant entry into the United States for Bosnian Serb authorities, military officers, and their supporters, as well as persons violating UN sanctions, pursuant to UN Security Council Resolution 942. The Secretary of State is authorized to identify covered aliens and establish implementation procedures. The suspension took effect immediately on October 25, 1994, and continues until the Secretary of State determines it is no longer necessary.
