Death of Senator Lindsey Graham

This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and naval vessels nationwide and in U.S. territories until 6:00 p.m. on July 18, 2026, following the death of Senator Lindsey Graham. The same half-staff directive applies to all U.S. embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, including military facilities and naval vessels and stations.
