Honoring the Memory of Charlie Kirk

This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all federal buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and naval vessels throughout the United States, its territories and possessions, as well as at all U.S. embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad until sunset on September 14, 2025, to honor the memory of Charlie Kirk.
