Honoring the Victims of the Tragedy in Minneapolis, Minnesota

This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all federal buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and vessels, as well as at all U.S. embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad until sunset on August 31, 2025, to honor victims of violence in Minneapolis, Minnesota on August 27, 2025.
