National Grandparents Day, 2024

In simple terms

President Biden proclaims September 8, 2024 as National Grandparents Day, calling upon Americans to celebrate grandparents' role in families. The proclamation includes descriptive passages about grandparents' contributions and references to existing administration policies (Inflation Reduction Act, American Rescue Plan, caregiver support rules) but establishes no new policies, programs, or directives.
