Adjusting Imports of Steel Into the United States

This proclamation extends through June 1, 2025 the suspension of 25 percent tariffs on steel articles and derivative steel articles from Ukraine, originally established in 2022 and extended in 2023, due to ongoing disruption from Russia's war. It also extends the suspension for EU-processed Ukrainian steel through the same date, adds certificate-of-origin requirements, and makes corresponding technical amendments to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
