National Days of Prayer and Remembrance, 2022
This proclamation designates September 9–11, 2022, as National Days of Prayer and Remembrance to honor the 2,977 victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. It encourages Americans and people worldwide to participate in prayer, contemplation, memorial services, and other commemorative activities, while also referencing the recent killing of al-Qaeda's emir.
