National College Application Month, 2021

In simple terms

President Biden proclaimed November 2021 as National College Application Month, calling on Americans to observe it with programs and activities encouraging students to apply to and graduate from college. The proclamation includes extensive policy messaging about the administration's higher education priorities, including Build Back Better investments in community colleges, HBCUs, and Pell Grants, but contains no binding directives or substantive policy changes.
