National Peace Officers' Memorial Service

This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff on October 16, 2021, at the White House, all federal public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and vessels nationwide and in territories, as well as at all U.S. embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad to honor law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty and their families during the National Peace Officers' Memorial Service in Washington, D.C.
