Honoring the Victims of the Attack in Kabul, Afghanistan

This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and naval vessels nationwide and in U.S. territories from August 26, 2021 until sunset on August 30, 2021. The same half-staff directive applies to all U.S. embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, including military and naval facilities, for the same duration.
