Honoring United States Capitol Police Officers

This proclamation orders U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all federal buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and vessels nationwide and abroad until sunset on January 13, 2021, to honor Capitol Police Officers Brian D. Sicknick and Howard Liebengood and all Capitol Police and law enforcement officers following the January 6, 2021 Capitol attack.
