Continuation of Emergency With Respect to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) and the Bosnian Serbs
President Clinton continued a national emergency originally declared by President Bush on May 30, 1992, extending sanctions against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) and Bosnian Serb-controlled areas of Bosnia and Herzegovina beyond May 30, 1995. The continuation maintains blocking of property and trade restrictions imposed under Executive Orders 12808, 12810, 12831, and 12846, as expanded in October 1994.
