Responsibilities of the Department of Homeland Security With Respect to Faith-Based and Community Initiatives

This executive order establishes a Center for Faith-Based and Community Initiatives within the Department of Homeland Security to identify and remove barriers preventing faith-based and community organizations from participating in federal social service programs.
