Amendment to Duties To Address the Flow of Illicit Drugs Across Our Northern Border

This executive order amends EO 14193 to exempt Canadian automotive parts and components that qualify under the USMCA from 25% tariffs, and reduces the tariff on Canadian potash from 25% to 10%. The changes take effect March 7, 2025.
