Executive Order 13517

Amendments to Executive Orders 13183 and 13494

This executive order makes two changes: it expands the mission of the Presidential Task Force on Puerto Rico's Status to include promoting job creation, education, health care, clean energy, and economic development on the islands, and requires a report within one year; and it amends an earlier Obama EO to clarify that contractor costs for labor-management relations (excluding union organizing activities) are allowable costs in federal contracts.
