Amending Executive Order 13226 To Designate the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology To Serve as the National Nanotechnology Advisory Panel

This executive order designates the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) to also serve as the National Nanotechnology Advisory Panel, as required by the 21st Century Nanotechnology Research and Development Act. It adds a provision preserving any statutory exemptions from Federal Advisory Committee Act requirements that the panel may have under that law.
