Amendments to Executive Order 12994, and Renaming the President's Committee on Mental Retardation as the President's Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities

This executive order renames the President's Committee on Mental Retardation to the President's Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities, updates language throughout the founding EO 12994, expands committee membership by adding four Cabinet secretaries (Commerce, Transportation, Interior, Homeland Security), and extends the committee's existence until September 30, 2005.
