Further Adjustment of Certain Rates of Pay

This executive order amends a prior pay adjustment order (EO 13282) to update judicial pay rates under Schedule 7 and locality-based comparability payments under Schedule 9 for federal employees. The changes take effect for pay periods beginning on or after January 1, 2003.
