Council of Europe in Respect of the Group of States Against Corruption

This executive order designates the Council of Europe's Group of States Against Corruption (GRECO) as a public international organization entitled to privileges, exemptions, and immunities under the International Organizations Immunities Act. The order simply extends existing U.S. legal protections to GRECO based on U.S. participation in the organization.
