Adjustments of Rates of Pay and Allowances for the Uniformed Services, Amendment to Executive Order No. 12984

This executive order adjusts pay and allowance rates for members of the uniformed services, including basic pay, subsistence and quarters allowances, and cadet/midshipman pay, effective retroactively to January 1, 1996.
