Nuclear Cooperation With EURATOM

This executive order extends for another 12 months the statutory waiver allowing peaceful nuclear cooperation with the European Atomic Energy Community (EURATOM), which would otherwise expire. The President determined that discontinuing this cooperation would harm U.S. non-proliferation goals and jeopardize national security.
