Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect To the Actions of Certain Persons To Undermine the Sovereignty of Lebanon Or Its Democratic Processes And Institutions

This notice continues for one year the national emergency declared on August 1, 2007, by Executive Order 13441, which blocks property of persons undermining Lebanon's sovereignty or democratic institutions. The continuation is based on the determination that actions threatening Lebanon's stability still pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to U.S. national security and foreign policy.
