Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect to Certain Terrorist Attacks

This notice continues for one year the national emergency originally declared on September 14, 2001, following the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The continuation extends emergency powers and authorities beyond their scheduled expiration on September 14, 2024, citing the ongoing terrorist threat. This is a routine annual extension required by the National Emergencies Act.
