Delegation of Responsibility Under the Senate Resolution of Advice and Consent to Ratification of the Treaty Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Concerning Defense Trade Cooperation; and the Defense Trade Cooperation Treaties Implementation Act of 2010
This memorandum delegates presidential authority to the Secretary of State to make required congressional certifications, reports, and notifications before the U.S.-UK Defense Trade Cooperation Treaty enters into force, as well as annual reports thereafter, and to notify Congress of amendments to Implementing Arrangements under the 2010 Act. The delegation requires consultation with other agency heads as appropriate.
