President Bush continued for one year the national emergency declared in 2003 regarding Zimbabwe, maintaining sanctions that block property of persons undermining democratic processes or institutions in Zimbabwe. The continuation extends measures originally established by Executive Order 13288 and expanded by Executive Order 13391.
