Presidential Determination

Determination Pursuant to Section 2(c)(1) of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962, as Amended

President George W. Bush authorized transferring up to $11 million from the U.S. Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund to address urgent refugee crises in Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Angola.
