President's Council on Service and Civic Participation
This executive order establishes the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation within the Corporation for National and Community Services to encourage volunteer service and civic participation, particularly among youth. Notification of Employee Rights Concerning Payment of Union Dues or Fees
